Processing
Orders are processed within [2–5] business days. We don't rush sloppy and we don't stall without reason. Peak periods may add time. The standard doesn't drop — the timeline adjusts.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order ships, delivery takes [4–8] business days depending on your location and the method selected at checkout. Tracking information is sent the moment your order moves. No chasing. No guessing.

What's Outside Our Control

Split Shipments
Some orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages from different fulfillment locations. Each shipment will have its own tracking number, which will be emailed to you.
