We don't do excuses. That goes both ways.

If we made a mistake — wrong item, damaged goods, defective product — we fix it. No argument. No runaround. That's our standard and we hold ourselves to it the same way we expect you to hold yourself to yours.

What we cover:

• Incorrect items sent
• Damaged or defective products

What we don't cover:

• Changed minds
• Sizing guesses that didn't land

You have 30 days from your purchase date to raise an issue. After that, the window closes — same way a set ends when the bar goes up.

To get it handled, contact us at blackplatesocietybrand@gmail.com with your order number and a clear description of the problem. No essays needed. Just the facts.

Take care of your gear and it'll take care of you. Wash instructions are included with every order. Follow them.
